How this industry uses the marketplace

The farm, the start time, and the kind of cover are on the post. Nobody guesses which race to walk.
Cover is a booking
The service accepts the shift on the marketplace. The farm sees who is coming for cups-on.
The shift is the pay record
Hours worked in the shed stay attached to that shift for the farm and the service.
