Workforce marketplace

The marketplace where the work and the crew meet

Sebenza is a workforce marketplace for New Zealand. A hiring organisation posts the job. A labour provider brings the people. Both sides share the same job, the same time, and the same pay.

Help for your industry

Each industry has its own help. Horticulture answers questions for a grower and a labour contractor. Dairy answers them for a dairy farm and a relief milking service.

Two sides, one marketplace

The names change with the industry. A grower and a labour contractor in horticulture. A station and a farm labour contractor on sheep and beef. A builder and a subcontractor on a site. The marketplace is the same.

Post the work

The hiring side lists the place, the start, and how many people the job needs.

Bring the crew

The labour side accepts that job and brings workers who can see where they are going.

Keep one record

Time, compliance, and pay stay on the job both sides already agreed.
